We had a bishop in the Diocese of Knoxville, Tennessee, who abused seminarians. Despite all kinds of attempts to get the truth out to the people in East Tennessee and across the whole state, I still hear the statement, "They were over 18. They were adults."
I created a presentation to try to explain why this is not so. Bishop Anthony O'Connell abused minors. He abused many students between the ages of 13 and 17 at a minor seminary in Missouri. Anthony O'Connell is living a life of peace and protection at Mepkin Abbey in South Carolina.
You can see that presentation in the blog above.
